Who We Are

At SDC Happy Health, we believe that great care starts with genuine understanding — not just of your needs, but of your culture, your values, and the language you feel most comfortable in.

Founded in Sydney in 2018, we set out to solve a problem we saw firsthand: families in the Chinese-speaking community were navigating Australia's complex disability and aged care systems largely alone, without support workers who truly understood their background or spoke their language. We built SDC Happy Health to change that.

Today, we are a registered NDIS provider and Home Care Package provider serving participants and families across Greater Sydney. Our team is bilingual, our care is personalised, and our commitment to your wellbeing is unwavering.

We exist to give every participant — regardless of cultural background or language — equal access to high-quality, dignified care. We navigate the paperwork. We manage the plans. We show up, every day, in the language and the spirit that makes you feel safe.

A Team That Gets It

Our care coordinators and support workers are not just qualified — many of them have walked the same path as the families we serve. They understand what it means to be a new arrival helping an ageing parent, or a family trying to access NDIS funding for the first time without knowing where to start.

We speak Mandarin and Cantonese. We understand the cultural nuances around family, privacy, and dignity that shape how care should be delivered. And we bring that understanding into every home we step into.
