We Review Your Plan
If you already have an NDIS plan or Home Care Package, we will review it with you. If you are just starting out, we will guide you through the application process step by step.

SDC Happy Health was founded with a clear purpose: to make sure that language and cultural background are never a barrier to great care.
We know that many families in Sydney's Chinese community face an extra layer of difficulty when accessing disability or aged care — not because the supports don't exist, but because finding providers who truly understand your background, speak your language, and respect your values has been far too hard.
