We are actively recruiting across the following roles. Bilingual candidates (Mandarin / Cantonese) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Provide personalised daily living support, community access, and skill development for NDIS participants across Greater Sydney. Bilingual skills in Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable. Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards) preferred. NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
Support residents in our North Rocks SIL home with overnight and weekend care. Assist with personal care, medication, meals, and daily activities. 24/7 roster. Experience in a residential care setting preferred. Mandarin/Cantonese speaking desirable.
Deliver in-home aged care support under Home Care Packages — personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport, and companionship. Strong Mandarin or Cantonese language skills required for this role. Certificate III in Individual Support preferred.
Manage participant care plans, coordinate support workers, liaise with families and NDIS planners, and ensure our services are delivered to the highest standard. Previous experience in disability or aged care coordination required. Bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) essential.
